For just £99, your name—or the name of a loved one, family member, friend, or a supporter you wish to honour—will be embedded beneath the ice for the entire season.

A Flyers Blue strip will line the perimeter of the ice, with The Frozen Faithful's names in 500mm x 200mm gold lettering.

Terms & Conditions

1. Each purchase entitles the buyer to submit one name or message of up to 25 characters, including spaces and punctuation.

2. Submissions must be made by midnight on Friday 17th July 2025.

3. All submissions are subject to approval by Fife Flyers.

4. Fife Flyers reserves the right to reject, amend, or refuse any submission that:

• Contains offensive, abusive, discriminatory, political, or inappropriate language.

• Contains commercial advertising, business names, website addresses, social media handles, or promotional content.

• May bring the club, league, sponsors, or partners into disrepute.

5. Submission of a name or message does not guarantee a specific location on the ice.

6. Names and messages will be installed beneath the ice surface for the 2026-27 season only. Digital certificates will be sent via email no later than 1st September 2026.

7. Fife Flyers cannot guarantee that names or messages will appear in photographs, broadcasts, or promotional materials.

8. Once approved and submitted, names or messages cannot be changed or transferred.

9. No refunds will be issued once a submission has been approved and production has commenced.

10. In the event that ice maintenance, resurfacing, replacement, or unforeseen operational circumstances affect the appearance or lifespan of the installation, no refund or compensation will be payable.

11. Participation in The Frozen Faithful does not confer ownership rights, sponsorship rights, or any other entitlement beyond inclusion in the programme.

12. Fife Flyers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
